Carrier setup
Ask dispatch for the current setup requirements and the documents needed for review. A setup inquiry does not confirm a load assignment.
For an assigned load
Review the written load instructions and agreed terms before pickup. Confirm facility information, appointment times and reference numbers with dispatch, and report delays or changes as soon as they are known.
Documents and billing questions
Follow the document-submission instructions provided for your load. For invoice or payment questions, email ap@defenseforward.com and include your company name and load number.
