Driver SMS Terms

DEFENSE FORWARD’s driver SMS program sends nonmarketing brokerage driver app invitations for assigned loads and password-reset links you request. Messages identify Defense Forward and may contain private links operated through WALS TMS. The driver app is not yet publicly released; invitation messages will be sent when access is available.

Your permission

By separately agreeing in writing to this SMS program, you authorize these messages at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies with your loads and requests. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may contact dispatch for non-SMS coordination.

Providing a phone number, submitting a quote or contact inquiry, or accepting general terms alone does not enroll you in this SMS program.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, email dispatch@defenseforward.com or call (916) 741-6611.

To ask about receiving texts again, contact dispatch so your renewed written permission can be reviewed and recorded. Sending START alone does not complete our application’s re-enrollment process and does not authorize location tracking.

Location sharing is separate

SMS consent is separate from accepting a load and from location sharing. The driver app will request its own load-specific tracking consent and device permissions. Use Stop sharing in the app to end an active tracking session; SMS opt-out does not operate that separate control.

Private links and delivery

Keep invitation and password-reset links private. Delivery depends on wireless coverage, device settings and communications providers and may be delayed or unavailable. If a message does not arrive, contact dispatch.
